How will my garden building be delivered?
We offer free delivery to most UK postcodes. Our specialist delivery team will contact you to schedule a date, and your building will arrive as a flat-packed kit ready for assembly.
Do I need to prepare a base before my building arrives?
Yes, it is essential that all garden buildings are built on a firm, level base made of concrete, paving slabs, or a heavy-duty timber frame to ensure structural integrity.
Are Mercia products treated against rot and decay?
Most of our buildings come with a base coat treatment for protection during transit. We also offer pressure-treated options and a 10-year anti-rot guarantee, provided you apply an annual wood preservative.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a link to our delivery portal where you can select or confirm the most convenient available date for your area.
What is your return policy for garden buildings?
You can return your product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in its original, unassembled packaging. Please note that return haulage fees may apply for large timber structures.
Do you offer an installation service?
Yes, we offer an optional professional installation service on a wide range of our products. Simply select the installation add-on at checkout, and our team will build it for you.
